Newly-Formed Sunny Delight Beverages Company Enters Into IT Application Outsourcing Agreement

Former Procter & Gamble® Beverage Business Selects OneNeck IT Services To Provide Comprehensive Standalone IT Infrastructure Services and Support

OneNeck IT Services, today announced a major five year outsourcing contract with Sunny Delight Beverages Co. to develop, implement and manage the company's new IT applications infrastructure. Sunny Delight Beverages Co. consists of both the Sunny Delight and Punica beverage businesses which are both market leading brands in their segments in every country in which they compete. J.W. Childs Associates, L.P., a Boston-based private equity firm purchased the Sunny D and Punica business from Procter & Gamble® (NYSE: PG) in the summer of 2004.

Sunny Delight Beverages Co.'s contract with OneNeck is for the establishment of a comprehensive technology infrastructure, the selection and implementation of a new ERP application, and the development of this infrastructure across seven locations in three countries. This work is necessary to enable Sunny Delight Beverages Co. to operate as a stand-alone business entity.

Services in the outsourcing contract include data center operations, application and database administration, application development and functional support, WAN/LAN support, phone system, e-mail and desktop administration, all supported by OneNeck's 24x7 support center.
